How many characters can add post title (SEO friendly)

As per Google rules it's not more than 70 character in title tags but the post title characters is 100.

It should be between 65 to 70 characters.

There is no such rule for Title but visible character in Google Search is 62 so its better we use upto that point.

I think the number of characters from 11 to 70 title characters are the best (There should be important keywords in the article)

Presently I'm using 50 to 70 characters in article titles. In search result it'll show up to 65 characters.
And I have one more queries here... what's the percentage of keyword density for article?

If your post's title is also used as your page's title then it should be 60-75 characters.
