how many blogspot can we create with one gmail account

i wonders, how many can we have, i am making adsense and i need many blogspot account for every niche i run
i worrier if Google Judges me as spamer

also lately, for a new gmail account registration, they required phone verification, this will make difficult

 

Unlimited websites. There is no limit to the number you can make with a single account.

 

They may have updated it, but from what I remember only 100 per an email address. But like I said, that might have changed by now.

I know it is possible that a website or article with low PR and 0 links can rank on a good position on google but don't know the reason. What factors affect the ranking? My website is of old age, good PR and very good no. of links but ir ranks below the website which is new and 0 links. why?

 

Don't make that mistake! You won't be able to produce quality blogs. I have four blogs but I can only devote time to my fitness blog.
