I have ten in my account: http://www.blogger.com/profile/17397522
I dont think there is a limit.

I try to make at least one post a week in each. However, one of them i havent changed in several months and i havent read anything about google deleting blogs that arent used often.

They will delete your blog if they think it is spam though.

Seeing all those deleted blogs, i think it's safer to have more than one account...

I have 16 Blogger blogs in one account now, and I'll be adding more soon. No limit.

But I host all my blogs on my own domain names so I don't have to worry about having my blogs deleted for any reason.

Though, on a side note, if I ignore a blog for months, G will "punish" the blog by relegating it to PR0 until new content is added. Yep.

Blogger claims that it does not delete blogs even when they have obviously been abandoned. However, several members here have had their blogs deleted arbitrarily (and subsequently reregistered by other people). My advice would be that while you can register as many blogs as you want just be aware that someone at Google might want them worse than you and take them.
