How many backlinks per day from SB sites?

    I have a list of approximately 10 social bookmarking sites that I want to post back links on. They are all do follow, at least as of today. I am concerned that I do not place too many backlinks to my site in one day. If I am posting one backlink per page and I have over 5000 pages, how many total links per day is my maximum? I need the deep links but don't want to look unnatural in acquiring back links. Any thoughts?

    if you submit them manually and from different ips then that would help from my experience.

    I have heard in various so-called expert circles that you should be targeting no more than 5 links per day to a single site to begin with and then slowly but surely ramp this up over the coming weeks and vary your keyword linking text to some extent too.
