How many backlinks do you have?

ive been doing the forum and blogging that stuff but still only little effect on my site i have commented a lot of blog but still doesn't matter. how long the backlinks will have an effect in my site. pls i need some advice on some professional SEO thanks in advanced.

links from your niche related site is of much importance and that too few say 10 or 15 but the conditions is that you should have it form you related niche and industry

 

I think google and other search engines
prefer quality on quantity !

 

I have around 60,000 backlinks. For some reason, Google refuses to give me PR but gives me great SERPs

Where the best resource for quality backlinks, is it do follow comment, press release or permanent links like blogroll? i have increase my backlinks from hundred to thousands. But still no PR increment. Any suggestion?

Yes, but other than sending an e-mail to a related site and asking them if they want to exchange links, how can you get them? It seems like nobody wants to trade links whenever I ask.
As far as high PR links go, how can you get them? Do you usually have to pay for them?
