what i mean to ask you is...how many no of back links can i submit for website in a day..and i need to know in detail like i can submit 100 submissions in directories like so on.... Thanks in advance...
do maximum 8-10 submissions daily, not more than that otherwise it can be sent to sand box by google, thanks

In total you can submit 8-10 backlinks including the directory submisson. Make sure you submit to dmoz directory. google indexes it more than any other directory i believe , it also has good PR rank . but overall answer is same 8-10 would be enough not more than that .
