    How many backlinks you guys got at hand every month to work with?
    My mission is to get up to 3k hi quality links in hand every month.

    wow 3k in backlinks thats pretty good. i go for lower amount do follow theme related and i try to get pr 5 or better

    3k "hi quality" links each and every month is no joke. most moderately competitive niches usually require about 300-500 good quality backlinks to get ranked well (each niche is different but this is just an average assumption) and building those 300 - 500 quality backlinks is no joke. if you can build 3k high quality links per month, then you rule google front page for almost any terms. how do you define hi quality links is the question
