How many backlink are require to get PR 3?

    First why do you need PR3? The only benefit is you can sell links more expensive. By asap you mean next update. You should get PR3 with a few high PR links or many 0 PR links, but nobody can predict the number. You can find PR4 websites with almost no links.

    Need to work in quality website, Do follow and high PR backlinks and must be relevant to your website. If you will create backlinks by using this guidelines then you will get PR 3 very soon.

    well you have to be patient with PR, and you have to wait until google panda's next update. You need some quality content in a relatively short period of time with some backlinks and well organized and designed website. I got PR5 in 3 months and I have a post regarding that on my blog, read that and it might be helpful. it's in my signature (geexfactor)

    If you want good Page Rank then concentrate on quality content otherwise your Page Rank doesn't increase

    The above, no one knows except for Google. You shouldn't worry about your sites PageRank, but more about the PageRank of the site that links to yours.

    Get high quality back links from same authority websites and try to get back link from the website having higher page rank than your website.

    Question is why PR3 asap? Surely the aim should be to gain as a high a pagerank as possible? Actually strike that, the overall aim should be to generate relevant traffic to your site to gain customers and improve your business. PageRank is really just a vanity thing and as you will no doubt find from searching, the pagerank in toolbars is not the most accurate number.

    Concentrate on building good relevant content and high quality, relevant backlinks. You will find your Pagerank improving if you follow those steps.
