How many Back links are enough?

How many Back links are enough per day against per keyword?
i am a bit confused regarding because i have newly started optimization for my site so plz help.

 

I think you just have to be consistent. If you have 5 in one day don't have 100 the next, start gradually 5,7,15,20. If you have 100 one day make sure you have about the same the next time you have backlinks.

My two cents.

 

In my point of view you have consistent in building back links. do regular work like directory submission, forums, blog, Social bookmarking, Classified etc but there should be limits of all activities i.e. 10-15 directories etc daily not do things in one or two days. do it regular basis. than you will get back links.

If your concern is about the number of links that are just enough to rank in a search engine, i think there's no specific figure. It actually depends on where the links are coming from, because each link is worth a different weight in search engine rankings. You can get a rough estimate, by checking your status on the top 3 search engines and determing where your links are coming from.

But since you are working on a new site, start with a good marketing plan.

 

You cannot decide this how many backlinks you should create. Just be patient and don't go for bulk submissions as you have just started optimizing your site. Go slow and try to get links from useful and related websites.

 

There are no specific numbers for backlinks.You should do your work on continuous basis like directory submission,forum posting,social bookmarking,blog commenting.then,definitely you will get backlinks.

 

If you build the links manually the back links will come slowly. So there no specific numbers.

Yes there is no limitations for that. It is better to spend more time on analyzing and picking up the better resource for quality links rather than working on quantity.

 

If you don't have a page rank then try to get as many links starting from Page Rank 1 and Above, Try to comment on such blogs with page rank, this is the first newbie way to get some quality backlinks, Make sure you dont spam on such sites. Then try to get some webmasters to be your friends. that can give you alot of boost in getting backlinks. Then do some SMO and yes Article writing still can give you alot of backlinks and traffic. But considering you a newbie i suggest you should start by commenting on DoFollow Blogs with having your good keywords as Anchor text. There is not any limit, but it will be good if created gradually not hundreds in a day, as not all we created remain there, many do get deleted.

 

Backlinks don't depend on quantity or any limits they just depends on quality back links and work with consistency.

I agree with "ajbaumer" and others who state that backlinks or incoming links are more of quality links and not the quantity. Good for a site if both quality and quantity are present. The result may become the other way around if you will just rely on numbers and taking aside the reputation.

 

I guess getting one backlinkg from an authoritative website is 10 times more valuable than getting it from any random low content website. Also you should focus on getting backlink from relevant websites. Getting a backlink from tourism website for your gadget website will only do bad and not any good...

Technically speaking the increase in the number of links should be consistent with the amount of content on your site.

 

Quality backlinks are way more important than quantity. 100 niche related backlinks will do way more than 10,000 junk backlinks.
