It seems article writing is probably the hottest way to market CB products from what I've read and what people seem to be doing. Here are my questions for affiliates that are having great success. 1. Is it possible to earn between 2k-4k per month just through article writing? If so how many articles does it take on average to reach these levels. 2. How sustainable is article writing? Do you have to continue writing articles to maintain your 2k-4k per month? Or can you then walk away, rinse and repeat moving onto the next product? 3. How many articles should you be pumping out per week to reach 2-4k monthly if it's even possible? 4. What type of time frame are we looking at if we consistently write 2 articles perday to reach 2-4k per month... 1 month? 2 months... 6 months? These are probably some tough questions and I've used article marketing in the past. However, I am looking for some answers to save myself time and frustration. Your constructive responses are appreciated.
Try looking up Steven Wagenheim on the WF....he's a self confessed article writing machine and he's really good. You couldn't buy half the information he gives away for free.
Sure we tend to think that writing articles everyday will generate money eventually but also take into account the quality of your articles. How you are speaking to the readers, the sales pitch, etc. Many things take into account, you cant expect to put out 1000 articles and expect huge success. Cause really its about the quality of the content, and much much more.....
agreed, soooo much more .... a lot of the competitive niches already have 1000s of well keyworded articles in them ... so you can't afford to just write blindly ... do good keyword research before you write, and once you've written, be sure to build backlinks to your article ...
Those questions are very difficult to answer. Probably the only thing you can say for sure is that you can make $2k-4k monthly with articles, but I can't say how many articles you need to write or how long you have to do it... The reason why I'm saying you can, because I know quite a few people, who are making that much with no adspend. There are lots of factors here, which determine your success, and it's really complicated to summarize everything. Keywords, landing pages, products, SERP position, quality of traffic, etc...
I have some articles that bring in a sale at least each payperiod, and some that have never made a sale. It really depends on your keywords, its kind of hit or miss. Also I build backlinks for my articles to assure they stay at the top of google, if you don't do this they may fade from search results after a couple weeks making them near useless.
That pretty much sums up article marketing. You just have to keep churning out quality articles and see what happens from there. Just follow what the fellas already mentioned above as far as keyword research, good title, and quality useful content. Also, track everything as far as what articles are producing, etc.! (Don't ask me how I know ) As far as backlinks are concerned, I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but what I do is link to some of my articles on squidoo lenses, and also social bookmark. Honestly, I'm really starting to consider to strictly focus on just putting content on my blogs instead of article marketing. Article marketing can put gray hair on you really quick!! Instead, I'll probably write a few articles here and there just to get some backlinks.
there does seem to be an emerging school of thought that this is the way to go ... certainly it's what i've become more focussed on ... the occassional ezine article for backlinks but the lion shre of the content to the blog ... with the view that over time google will come to love it and you'll be away laughing
It is a good approach. Personally I post a rewritten version that can pass copyscape on my blogs after EZA approves my articles. Its a lot easier to get a good spot in google for a ton of phrases with ezinearticles than it is with your blog. But the unique content does help your blog out a lot too.
I have been writing articles and it is a pain in the neck. I purchase mine from a company and they have a new software that actually takes your article and automatically posts it to an unlimited amount of blogs and then reciprocates for your own blog. It is so cool, my traffic on my hosted blog has increased to 300 percent in the last week. The only work involved then is to keep adding your own links to the new unique article content posted automatically. The fresh content is working like a dream for traffic.
