    Usually, an article per week/2weeks(I mean on my site).
    And on other article websites, i post at least 6 per week(i usually modify my site's article and ..ya know)
    they've dofollow backlinks, but i found that the result is not so good
    seems google ignore some links on article sites, even though it's dofollow
