I estimate it would take me about 15 minutes to write a decent/good article. but I wouldn't spend all 24 hours writing articles.
I can deliver 3000 words per day on an average. Sometimes i go beyond it, or sometimes fall below it.
Doing about the same time despite I'm a former typist, but taking some time reviewing spelling, grammar and style once an article is done.
I can right around 12-18 articles per day based on 500 words. Again as most people depends on the amount of research needed...
For the average writer doing a moderate amount of research it normally takes about 1 hour to write a good article. The length of time it takes me to write an article depends entirely on how much research is going to be involved. The actual writing usually only takes me about 15 minutes (per 500 words) so I can write quite a few if the research is minimal.
i spend 6-7 hours to write 5 articles 300-400 words, sometime if i have a good mood...6 hours i get 10 articles 300- 500 world. So, mood important for me to write article.
It generally takes me between 30 minutes and 1 hour to write a 500 word article. If the topics are similar, I can write between 10 and 15 per day.
Oooh men, this thread make me a new motivation to write more articles per day. Most of people have to write more 10 articles per day and I'm still just make 5-7 articles depend my mood and topic....:-( Thanks guys you give me more spirit....
Ummm..... Seems there are a lot of well researched articles out there that take 60secs to research and write. The writing may not take that long but please can anybody honestly tell me they can research 10 topics and deliver 10 500 word articles in a day. As a professional writer, lecturer (higher education) and someone who does a lot of research I can tell you a properly researched article - regardless of length - cannot be acheived in the time scales highlighted by some people here. I would guess that for each 500 words I write I would spend a minimum of 2 hours researching; yes there are some subjects I could write 1000 words "off the top". Write Results has the best idea; That is only 7 500 word articles - then there is editing. But I guess there is a difference between unique, well wriiten, researched and anoted articles; and those that are mass produced.
When I used to write for myself, I could do 30-40 in one day. That really burns you out, though. Now I just give them to my team and don't worry about it!
