I love getting short word bulk packages like 100-200 words at one cent per word. When I get at least ten of those I try and complete them as fast as I can with quality because it becomes like a test with me and I enjoy it...and it can get addicting lol :)

i use to write about 3 articles each 400-550 words but now I use a software to do it. I know it may seem lazy but "Oh well" my article production has nearly trippled meaning more MONEY. If anyone is interested I put a link in my sig for you to check out.

I don't really know. I use ms word and I have built up my dictionary so that it corrects as I type. I have thought about using it though. I do 30 articles a day for clients an I think that sometimes it would help me, but it takes time to train it. What I mean is that you would have to get it to work in your style. I have 7 clients at the moment and I don't have the time to put into it.
If you try it please let me know how it works for you. I think it is a great idea.

You typing speed is a factor, but what you need to learn is how to scope out the information you need a little faster. Collect articles, in a directory on subject that you are writing about. I have free artices sent to me daily. If it is not on a niche I am using at this moment, I put it in a directory under the subject and keep it for a reference resource. I also search article directories on the niche I am writing for and use some of there ideas. I don't copy their articles but I check to see why they are so popular.

    Hope this helps.

It is a very subjective question.

If I was as healthy and capable today as I was 7 years ago I could probably do 20 x 500 word articles.

But if I decide based on my health today, I would not do more than 3 at a maximum.
The longer you do it the more tired you get.
I am also blind in one eye (but still an excellent proofreader) and have also suffered severe neck trouble.

You should also take scheduled breaks or your back and legs can suffer cramps and poor circulation.

Is there a good, free and easy talk to type program available?

I thought I had one but it seemed far too complicated.

Everyone is always trying to find a way to keep themselves from having to actually type. Maybe we should think of the quality of the writing, and actually work. I believe that even though some speak/type programs might prove useful for some applications when it comes to copywriting or content writing its all about what you put in. Remember you get out what you put in.

    So lets get to work!

I understand your position on typing. It is an essential skill to have in life, so why not learn and refine it now. Yes, yes, I know that I posted a question not too long ago about which dictation software is best. But I am improving on my typing and it is starting to not be that big of an issue for me any more (I still have to look at the keys, though :( ).

Looking at what some of the other posters on this thread are putting out per day, 4-6 articles per day seems to be about average.

this is true, but if you can write and speak good english your aticles should not suffer regardless of how you get them done.

And, the more articles you write and publish online, the more inbound links you get, as well as sales and free search engine traffic. Can you say....YESSSSSSSIIIIRRRRR? LOL

Well I've done 10 in a day, but that pretty much drains me... So when I was still doing it I averaged at about 6-7 500 word articles a day.. but yeah, it depends on the subject, your mood and things like that... basically many variables...!

You have got to be kidding. There is know way that is humanly possible, unless, of course, your articles are only 20 words long ;).

I think Mr. Perry Rose was being facetious. If I remember correctly, he says that the only effective method is making individual deals with webmasters to display ads on their site, so submitting articles for temporary traffic is total nonsense. Please correct me if I am wrong, Mr. Rose, and you did actually produce some articles :)
