as the title suggests how many articles are enough, i ask because im going to outsource this and im going to get 50 written is that a good start, i will write more myself later.
And 50 at one time is too much... take it slow the first few days. possibly write a few things and see the responses you get if any. You don't really need that many articles to say enough is enough. if you submit your articles in the write places, you wont have to write as much.
The quality of the information contained in the articles matters most Followed by the SEO quality Depending on the quality of the content and the topic of the articles, post the articles where the prospective are more likely to go.
Hi Harry, I do a lot of article marketing and over the years have had over 2 million views. The reason I say that is not to brag but to show I know what I am talking about when I say, consistency is the key to success with Article Marketing. If you are outsourcing your articles then make sure you are giving them clear instructions on what they need to do. Let them know they need to lead people down the page to the resource box and have the keyword appear about every 200 words or so (A general rule of thumb for articles). Also, to maximize conversions I am going to share a very powerful tip, don't stop the article in the last paragraph. Actually use the resource box as the last paragraph. For example if you start your resource box with something like "Finally," or "Next," you create an action mindset with the reader that this resource box is a continuation of the article and you are leading them to move forwards. Here is an example of what I mean: "Finally, if you really are serious about losing weight and want a sure-fire method to melt away those extra pounds you should check out my blog <insert keyword optimized link>, which will show you one of the most closely guarded Hollywood secrets that the celebrities don't want you to know about!" I use several psychological triggers here, curiosity, demand, results and I do not stop the flow. Back to your actual question. 1 or 2 articles a day is fine as long as you can sustain that flow. I would start with 1 a day distributed across the top 25 networks and make sure you promote those articles. Too many people start article marketing and never give the articles they submit any attention after they add them to these directories. Hope that helps Sean
I would imagine that your 50 articles can probably last for 3 weeks...To expose your articles all at once would be a waste of resources because the web favours a build up rather than a 'one time burst' kind of marketing activity.
Great response by Sean. His tip about making the resource box a continuation of the article is really important. If you don't, readers will see that the article is over and quit reading, and never bother even looking at your link. I agree that consistency is important, but I also think the more articles, the better. If you can pump out ten articles a day consistently, that's going to be better for your site than one article a day consistently.
The number of articles is guaged by what you are trying to achieve, so in effect, there is no answer to this question. You will learn what it takes to achieve good rankings in time though, as with anything experience counts for a lot.
I am also doing article promotion and stuff. But did you guys have good results? I mean what if you publish 50 articles on almost 50 article directories with anchor text links then what could be the results?
Yeah! Make sure it must be written in professional style with definitive writing flow. Articles plays genuine role to grab attention of visitors towards your site! Although you can post up your article among well known article directories that can benefit backlinks with some PR
I'd submit them (the 50) over a course of weeks also. It will take awhile for many to get approved so you have to keep that in mind. IMO you can never have enough quality articles out there directed to your website(s).
Personally I think you can never have enough articles! The more articles you have the more traffic your gonna get
@themanicmarkters, Good tips. Good article does drive traffic. So what matters I think is the quality rather the quantity.
there are thousand of the articles..it depends on the current topic, market requirement, quality and many other factors.....
How many articles are enough for what? One niche? One keyword? There really is no limit either way. You shouldn't be submitting more than 5-10 articles a day per account for most sites. Keep consistently submitting. As you are outsourcing make sure that you are actually making your money back. Don't forget to bookmark them to build their backlinks and traffic.
I don't mind paying for quality articles but if anyone wants to share, what type of traffic increase and sales increase did you notice, was it like every time you put out more articles traffic and sales went up?
50 articles at one time is too many. Release one article every 2 - 3 days, or sometimes 1 article per day. But I do not recommend going over 2 articles every day.
