Hey guys, I am trying to rank on front page of google for the long tail keyword "Gulfport Ms Homes For Sale" Is there a certain number of anchor texts I will need to achieve this? Maybe a certain number of forum signatures with the keywords being anchor texts?
to hit page 1of google, as long as they are do follow links and pr1 above then less than 50 as the search phrase is weak competition
its not the number but the quality of the links... and yes its important to use your target keyword as anchor text.
so create 50 pr1 or better forums and have my keywords in anchor text would out my website on front page?
Agreed. If you can get links from realty, brokers, home inspectors & builders, local Gulfport directories/sites, and MS links too, it lay a SOLID foundation for your back link profile. You'll establish a good ranking and be a contender for quite some time. Just saying, the easiest route is not going to the best strategy.
Hi, 1. Another essential issue for ranking I would like to mention is also using your targeted keywords at the beginning of your title tag, page content, h1 tag. 2. As for enough number of back links, I think it would all depend on the competition of your targeted keywords. all the best,
my competition dont have any .edu backlinks. It is mostly from directory sites. Is there any calculations of how many google pr equal pagerank?
Can some analyze my competition for those keywords and give me an idea of how many .edu links needed? Thanks
