Thanks for the advice. I was considering doing of showing 1 paragraph then click to continue reading article but Does anyone know of a site that has the code? Nah, i am not making a blog for adsense, i just make sure i don't post personal information, for the rest keeping notes as a backup is good. After all providing information to the world is good. Adsense is a bonus.
I have 5 websites with their own domains and around 7 on blogspot. One is a top performer (60% of total revenue), two are growing (15% of revenue each) and the rest contribute a few bucks a month.
I have 12 sitesin toatal 1 is just a fivepager, but makes a few quid 1 is my main site brining in 70%of my web income both in adsense and subscriptions The others are new - 5 months old, all have original content and have been developed primarily for adsense but can easily be converted to a subscription income sites if the need arises - I will see what the future holds re adsense. I am lucky that I have multiple income options, just incase the adsense bubble bursts!! my sites have different seasonal periods of interest, out of phase with each other so when one set go dead the others should be peaking eg holiday seasons I just need more traffic, this is where I need to develop my skills, I just keep banging my head on a wall, Yahoo I own, Google the mother of all traffic and riches still evades my grasp I cannot sus it at all. I have one adsense website right now, looking to do more in the future. Building websites for others earns some nice coin as well.
I have one ten years old site not made for adsense and getting 1300 unique per day. I have started to develop a second site but it's a lot of hard hard work http://www.enterweb.org
I have 12 sites running AdSense, several of which are holiday-themed sites that do quite well at Christmas and Easter. I used to do a lot of blogs, but am now working on directory development for some idle domains. Recently I've been working to supplement AdSense with some affiliate income, with encouraging results. The last time I put any effort into affiliates (at least two years ago) it was a waste of time and effort ... almost no revenue. Much better now. Just got accepted to YPN, so I'm running some tests to see which blogs might be good for Yahoo/Overture ads vs. AdSense.
I dont even have a blog but i should start one, lots of times i wanna write about somethign totally offtopic :/
I have two websites, and another couple on 'pause' offline. Bringing in pennies, but it's fun seeing which site does best each day.
Four websites two with adsence and just started a blog Having a lot of fun with my sites plus make a few bucks thanks to all the good stuff I have learned here.
