I am not a grass or trouble maker, just a hard working person who tries to follow all terms as best as possible. I have a family to support and had my main income ripped away from me. Recently though, I had my Adsense removed from my site because there were ads next to a chat room, although the chat room is fully moderated 24/7 and clean and safe for anyone to use. Then there is the Panda update, where I lost all my rankings in Google to sites that do not seem to have any thought about moderation or administration of their chat rooms. I am human and think that there has been a lot of inconsistency with the way accounts are banned. I just dont think it is fair that one site can get away with things that are breaking terms in a massive way and other sites get banned for a tiny little thing. No way to contact Google to show them that I have fixed the problem and no way to contest their decisions. Naked people in chat rooms next to Adsense, people masturbating on cam in front of minors and once again, next to Ads from Adsense. Disgusting usernames and chat that is plain sick. Is this what Google wants? I seriously doubt it although I am losing faith in the way this huge monopoly of a company treats hard working webmasters who try to follow all the terms. Now please tell me, am I correct, is this site breaking Adsense terms? (I have removed the link for privacy reasons, pm me if you want to see it) If so, how many? Sorry if this post upsets anyone, I just feel sick and angry and I am sure there are many others in the same boat. It is horrible to lose 6 years of hard work, sometimes, 3 days straight with powernaps, to try and do something good, make an honest living and give people a safe website to the best I can. Then have it all taken away from you overnight and see others get away with murder!
Sod it, I will name the site once again, just realised that they are breaking the following terms.. http://www.chatbazaar.com/ 1, 7 ads on one page, 5 content ads and 2 links units. 2, Ads overlapping a flash object near an exit button. 3, Ads next to dynamic content (chat room) 4, Adult content within the chat room. There are more terms being broken, can you see them?!
