I have been trying to read through the TOS for how many ads etc (adsense, adlinks and websearch) I can place on any one page. I remember reading it before (it may have even been here) but this was the closest I have come since: Currently, AdSense publishers may place up to three ad units on one web page. Our system will detect the multiple ad units and will display unique ads to each ad unit. This system is optimized for pages with highly targeted Google ads - some pages may not show ads in the second or third ad unit. In this case, the ad unit will show as a transparent box, or will contain any alternate ad or color specified in the ad code. Any help? I keep thinking I can place 3 - adsense sets, 2 - adlink sets and 2 - websearch sets...
hm i think its 3-1-1 but i might be wrong. From my experience unless you have a topic that has a ton of ads avaliable 3 isnt always the best, play around with it
You can only have up to 3 pieces of adsense code per page. That can be 3 search codes, or a combination of search and ads.
The Google AdSense Program Policies state: Up to three ad units may be displayed on each Web site page. A maximum of two Google AdSense for search boxes may be placed on a page. A single link unit may be placed on each Web site page, in addition to the ad units and search boxes specified above. Link units are considered to be 'Google ads' for purposes of these program policies.
So in excess, it would break down as follows: 3 - Ad Units + 2 Web Searches + 1 Ad Links Set = Totalling 6 in total... I cannot see myself using even close to that, but I was hoping for 2 set of adlinks...
