I KNOW that I have seen this somewhere else before. So I apologise for asking in advance. How many ads are actually ALLOWED to be displayed per page? Is this a grey area still (As I seem to remember it once being) or is it now commonly accepted that 2 ads (or 3 or whatever) is now allowed per page? Just came from a site who were running two blocks of ads. I have seen it a few other places before too. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers SE
https://www.google.com/adsense/faq#format3 according to Google's TOS they say no. "Only one ad unit may be placed on any web page, regardless of its layout, color, or ad type selection. Our Terms and Conditions state that multiple ad units may be displayed on each Web site page, but no ad unit can contain any advertisement in common with any other ad unit. Currently, there is no mechanism in place to ensure that duplicate advertisements will not be served to a second ad unit – consequently, only one ad unit may be placed on any web page at this time." Unless you know how to ensure non-duplicate ads 100%. But yes I have seen others doing it, and I was thinking of making a test page where the content throughout the page changes slightly to cover different keywords from the beginning to the end. Then placing a 1-2 adsense ad at the top and one at the bottom to see if the content will be different. But then again I am lazy so I haven't done this yet.
I think you might be able to make something work... if you use FRAMES. That just makes me laugh maniacally.
i have seen many sites with upto 3 blocks of advertisements, however in each block there is only a couple of google sponsored adverts.
> How many ads per page? You can add 3 Google Adsense (Content Ads). But If you Content is Unique and there is not related to any ads, ads will not display in your site, because Google Adsense provide 2 types in Content Like Link Display and Content Ads, So you can Add 3 ads per page.
