    Hello guys,

Please advice me on the limit of ads allowed on one page.

Also, is it okay to have the google ads really close to the content.

Right now this is the structure I have:

Please let me know if this is okay.

    Thanks.

    • Up to three ad units may be displayed on each page.
    • A maximum of two Google AdSense for search boxes may be placed on a page.
    • A single link unit may also be placed on each page.
    • Up to two referral units from each referral product or offering may be displayed on a page, in addition to the ad units, search boxes, and link units specified above.

Note that implementing all of the above on the same page is overkill, cheeses up a site, and definitely qualifies it as MFA.

Nothing wrong with your layout. You are still within adsense guidelines.
Not sure that I would ever visit your site though. Your ad placements will certainly annoy the heck out of your visitors if you do care a bit about them.

It is okay TOS-wise, but be careful that the ads don't overwhelm the site. If I take the sizes of your blocks literally, you are overwhelming your site in your example. If that's just a rough layout, it's better. Just remember that content should be the dominant feature.

The placement you have placed is actually perfect, its evenly distributed around the layout. One question: What type of content are you having? Make sure there are no images that will be placed beside the ads.

The more ads you display doesn't mean the more money you will make. Aside from people seeing through too many ads and not enjoying the experience of your site, each time the page displays multiple units that are not clicked on you are telling Google that you are not an effective partner.

Adsense like all marketing is about conversions not volume.

Those un-clicked page impressions can work against you.

Focus on your site and give your visitors the option of using relevant ads, don't build your pages to accommodate the ads.
