    It depends on your template, if there is Right Bar you can have Long skyscrapper. One 468x60 banner on top besides logo. And one ad in your post.

    At the moment, I'm using 2 medium rectangle ads and a wide skyscraper which make it in total = 3!

    I think I'm going to add a search box soon.

    You'll have to test different ad sizes and placements. It took me about 3 months to come up with a layout that generated a good CTR for one of my site, it's best to test these things on your own.

    First time u hav create a new blog so adsence provide you 4 ads and if your blog is so populor adsence provide you more than ads.
