What do you mean by 3 ads a day? Do you mean ads per page? As far as I know you can put a unlimited amount of ads on one site as long there is a quality content and information for the reader.
You can put only 3 ad unit per page, that's google's limitation. 3 ad unit + 3 link ad unit you can put in any web page. and i think you can put adsense in i-frame too.
