This question doesn't make sense.

I'm going to assume you're asking to make an ftp username without the domain name attached.

Login as admin and in the list of choices, there should be one called FTP users. From you just make a new user. Just click on "Direct" and make an ftp name and then pick the home path. That should be it.

 

have you check the ftp configuration file?
