Rohit.. it looks to me you are using images with high dimensions and you resized them inside flash to fit the canvas. Try importing images of lesser dimension that fit to your movie size. Use photoshop to resize images, dont use flash for resizing... Also in the library in flash double click the images and decrease the quality by few % and your movie size will decrease and it will load faster on slower internet connections...
Please stop that flash for menu, you can use CSS with that... DynamicDrive can help you out with that...
