    Attract natural links by adding good quality & unique content, it is easier process than soliciting others to link with you.

    The pr update is like once at 3-4 months so now it depends when it was made but don't bother with pr get links and fight for rankings

    You may obtain your PR not more than 4 months before Google updates PR. :D

    As long as you can wait for 4 months or until PR update, you can get a PR if you do link building until the PR updates

    PR Updates is 3- 4 months...
    but there is no exact prediction, Just continue SEO your Blog then wait for the update.
