How long?

    I just started a new campaign how soon after it goes lives before I start seeing the stats of clicks and impressions showing up?

    I think it can take 24 hours, I'm not sure exactly because I didn't watch mine closely.

    It will take as long as the time for your ads to pass the review process. Note too that stats are not real-time. There is a delay, some stats up to 24 hours but most about 3 hours or less, at least on Adwords, so no point in watching all day.
