If you are de-indexed .. then you should know the reason at first.
Then after removing any violation of quality guidelines file a re-inclusion request from your sitemap account.
It can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month.

As what mentioned by Mong, you should look at whether the site has violated any search engine guidelines. If not, bots will revisit a normal page based on:

    1) The page's importance (PageRank).
    2) Frequency of the page content update.

The higher and more often the page is updated, the more frequent the bots will visit the page.

Once Sixty6 Arcade was pretty much de-listed and devalued in the Google SERP's. It took 3 months for it to come back into rankings and gain some value back.

I think it was blacklisted for a while because I used a ton of Co-Op and blackhat spamming to promote it :p

Try submitting a sitemap for Google Sitemaps and avoid doing anything which would be disapproved by Google. I think the ban/delisted period depends on what you did and the seriousness of your actions..

Are you saying you have a PR5 website and you're wondering how long it would take for all the pages in your website to be indexed by Google?

Or are you mentioning that you have a link from a PR5 website and you want to know how long it would take for Google to follow that link and start indexing your website's pages?

It depends on the number and the quality of backlinks you have. May I know what have you done why it isn't indexed?

I have a site with a lot of dynamic content on it, and google-bot has been crawling it constantly.. Though for some reason the pages it has crawled haven't shown up at all yet. It needs to hurry up.

IF you are de-indexed than first find what you did wrong... and due to what you got penalty... if you are not able to find than change everything on site... and be sure that this time you do white hat... and if you find those things which you had done wrong in site.... than change it. (i will suggest to change everything on site if your site is de-indexed) and than send re inclusion request to google... and than keep patience... best of luck... if your site is new.. than it depends how much strong back links you got.... Good luck
