how long you use a computer in day????

About 6 hours.

 

almost 8 hrs

 

practically all day as i work in IT doing web/graphic design then when i come home im on the here on the forum

 

too much I have to have more control of myself

 

This is my big problem. Cannot leave my computer even if I got a backpain. Got to buy an ergonomic chair, so I can sit in front of the computer for another 6 hours after my regular 12 hours a day.

 

You should have put a poll on the thread... but I would say anywhere from 8-12 per day, its almost getting to an addiction. Which I guess its good to be addicted to making money?

 

more than 10 hous per day, can't live without computer

 

my job requires me to be seated in front of a computer all day long, then sometimes when i get home i'm on a few hrs so i'd say average.... 10 hrs a day.

 

more than 15 hours a day, I know it's not good, I am trying to reduce it

9-10 hours a day. Usage of my computer includes, playing game, reading news, earning money.

12-15 hours a day and I think its not enough...

 

I am using it from 13-14 hrs.I use it for work and entrainment.

 

Probably around 3 to 5 hours per day and just general surfing. Nothing in particular.

8-9 hours .....
