depends on how many man hours you put to the marketing...and how effetively you deploy some savvy online marketing techniques...that is if you know them!! I have a whole bunch of them....Just read reviews of internet marketing guides and put them to use...

Like TomR has said, your contents have serious problems in it. Unless you can brush up on the quality of your contents, no marketing skills will help in any way.
If you spend about 2 hours a day then realistically you can get an stable 4000 visitors per day probably in 12 months. This depends on your skill, though. My first site took about 1 1/2 year, but then my next sites only took 6 months. -You need to submit to 1000's of directories(http://www.echoarcade.com/directory.php) for the list -Do the stumbleupon, digg, and other social network advertising -Submit articles. Make sure they are high quality article sites -Reply to blogs that are in google search for keywords near what you are fighting for -Make sure your site has a lot of onsite SEO in it -Research your keywords correctly. Don't pick out impossible one's -Go to every type of forum that is close to the type of site yours is, make a few posts, add in your siggy. Just go nuts doing stuff like that and then it'll happen.
