Doesn't it? Perhaps all you guys are not
IMers. My answer (to Supamanjon too) is:

If I were a guru, this is how I would do my
coaching. Its so easy. The easiest $20K I
could possibly make. To make $100K myself,
how much work would I need to do? You
know. But, if I teach someone what to do,
and he does the work, I get $20K easily.

If I take on 20 coaching clients, that's
$400K. 4 x as much for a lot less work than
if I did it myself. That makes perfect sense.

As far as asking for DPers to coach me -
No thanks. Besides, I already have the
guru coaching me. First site about to go
live, after just one week. Its hard work,
    yes, of course.

But, I know my coach can make $100K, so
I know I will get there. The question is how
long? Not a stupid question! At least, not to
me. Maybe it is to those who are always
throwing stones and saying, "it can't be
    done!" Its happening.....

No that doesn't make sense. Because if he had the time to teach someone to do it themselves then he could alreayd make $200k. And if not he could hire 10 employees for $10 an hour and make them do the work he needs and profit $400k for paying what a few hundred bucks a week?

Bill Gates makes millions don't see him teaching 10 other people to do the same. He hire employees.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the opportunity.
If you really want it, I will give
it you. He still has spaces...
    ...incredibly.

However, if its a case of just
    taking advantage of his kind
heart, then, No, I could not do
    that.

    Anyone who really wants to
get to $100,000 profit, and is
    prepared to pay $20,000 then,
    can PM me....

    Kind regards,

    RPM

OK, so how much are you paying the "guru" for the $100,000 that your (gonna be, if you ever will) making? $1,000? Then it doesn't make sense. Why would the so-called guru waste his time teaching somebody how to make $100,000 for $1,000?? That's why it's a scam.

Do you accept goats as currency? How many goats would you accept instead of $1000? :D

Scam? Sorry, you are using that
    word far too easily...
...that is how words lose their
    meaning.

Where is the scam? Who is being
    scammed?
A scam is where someone loses
money to false claims and lies.

The guru isn't being scammed, is
    he. He offered it...
I am not being scammed, because
I am not paying until I get to
$100K, when I will gladly pay.

    Stop being ridiculous...
...unless, of course, its meant to
be a joke, in which case...
its the way you tell them :p

    Reality.

If the guru is good enough to teach you how to earn $100,000 in exchange for $20,000, then he is also good enough to teach some bright kid in India how to do it in exchange for $90,000 instead -- by employing that kid for a salary of $10,000. And there are an awful lot of bright kids in India.

The simple fact is, it is not in the interest of this "guru" to take on the deal you are proposing. It would be irrational.

You might as well march into the bank and demand to be paid 75% interest on your deposit account.

Like the last poster said. kids in India are very smart, I'm sure a guru could hire them to make $10,000.

Just like at McDonald's. The underpaid staff are the ones who work and the smart ones sit in an office. Why, because brains are more important to running a business than work. Then why do they have people working for them? Because they know how to use their brains to leverage the system. Without the brains the business wouldn't exists today, it would have died off years ago. I'm sure most Business owners and true Gurus have been through hell to get where they are at.

It isn't like this in school either. You have to pay and then you use the knowledge you were taught to go a head in life.

Why should the smart ones get paid less then the workers? If this is the way it's suppose to be I could have just stayed dumb and got the smart people to make me all the money.

In this world it's the smart people that get a head because they understand how to leverage the system.

    Makes a lot of sense.

You know something, I really regret ever
starting this thread. I totally underestimated
    the power of negative thinking.

Look, I am doing this coaching...
I am on it... Its happening... I have the deal...

I am being coached by a guru to earn $100K
    on-line. When I get there, I pay him $20K.

Its the perfect solution, and I will not pay for
coaching in future, any other way. Its so
    obvious.

Anyone can claim to be a guru. This man is
proving it to me, just by this 'proper'
    arrangement.

Think about your clever Indian scenario.
Do you really think you could get the chap
to produce you $100K income and pay him
$10K? If that is the case, everyone would
    be doing it.

Its a good idea, and of course, when I get
to $100K, I will be in a position to try it...

    But, where is the incentive?

Its not negative thinking, it's rational thinking. But hey, if you can do it and make your 100,000 from it, good for you. If I was a guru, I'd make 100k myself. but oh well.
