    What do you mean provide adsense? To give you the code? You must make your own code in your account.
    To get approved it usually takes 1-2 weeks

    Nobody sure exactly when Google Adsense will approve your website, or it may be declined.

    Just be patient and wait for it.

    It can take sometime to get accepted into the scheme. It all depends on your location, the content of your site, its quality and a number of other factors that we're not privy to. Just be patient and you will get some news from Google soon.
