Don't just post in forums, find other ways to make backlinks to the astore as well, such as blog posts and blog comments (if the use dofollow) and on social networking sites.

post in forums, and besides this one, find forums and blogs relevant to your niche or content.

I also had problems posting the live link for the google search for the above post as I don't have ten postings yets. So if you want to try buntom's model you have to make 10 posts.

I link to my 2 week old astore sitewide from a PR2 blog that I update every 2-3 days. The astore is still not indexed in any search engine.

Do not waste your time to wait. Let create backlink to your astore many as you can.

    1-7 day I guarantee indexed.

Google doesn't like astore. If you don't have strong BL, your astore might be indexed but might not rank high enough to sell anything at all.

Consider focusing on Off-Page SEO rather than just getting it indexed which means nothing close to the success.

I have a few Astores online. Almost none of them were indexed (even after many weeks) except for abcknives.com which still shows up very low. Google works in strange ways I suppose :)

    1. Determine what are your astore keywords. If you sell kindle books, you should focus on the keywords like: kindle, kindle 2, kindle ds, kindle books, eReader etc.
    2. Build/modify your astore according to your target keywords.
    3. Your a store name should contain the market niche words that describe your store, i.e. If you sell kindles, a store with name: h.tt.p://astore. amazon. com /kindle.store.com-20 will be highly ranked than a store with a name: http: // astore. amazon. com /me-john.23.12. com-20
    4. Add your astore site to: http: //www .google .com/addurl/
    5. Build Back Links to your store.
    6. Make an account for you store on social networks like: twitter, facebook and so on.
    7. Be patient. If you want a fast way to promote your site/blog/astore then use payd searh marketing tools.
