The "sandbox" is just a system of filters set up by Google that automate the process of proving a site's worthiness to be ranked. Nobody really knows exactly what Googlebot looks for, but there are three primary components that cannot be denied: a) Domain Name Longevity - How old is your domain name? Older domain names get ranked faster. Who is your domain name registered with? Established domain registrars get you through quicker too. b) IBL Durations - How many inbound links do you have? How old are those links? If your link profile consists of brand new links, then you probably won't get IBL credit for those links for 1-4 months, depending on the trustworthiness of the IBL website. I've seen one-way links from authority websites get through in a month or less. Reciprocal links, on the other hand, with partners who don't have established sites, deliver a more delayed benefit, if at all. c) Keyword Competition - How many sites are you competing with for your keyword phrases? This is obvious, but it is more difficult to rank quickly for highly competitive keywords. It's good that your site is being crawled frequently. That only bodes well for you in the future. You must be adding content fairly regularly. Keep it up. Steve
