How long until modifications kick in?

I asked Fallen1 this but I’m interested in other’s experience.

When you modify things for better add placement, colors, etc, how long do you generally wait until you feel you are seeing the results of the modification?
A day or two, a week?

within a few minutes you should see changes you made from the adsense control panel

 

hmmm , should be 2-3 days later, if you mean the change in earning.

 

I think you are asking for not its look results but you are asking for its general effect (visitors)
I wait till 2 weeks

 

I have good steady traffic becuase my content is good.
Traffic being good, I was reffering about CTR.
I tried a few things but I'm still well below 0.3 CTR.
Kind of a shame, monday I had 2800 unique visitors, and the number keeps increasing but ctr is still the same, even with the tips and modifications I've applied.

By the way, I have 3 adds, that's the max. allowed.
But most of the time only one or two of them shows at a time, the rest are only empty space. Anyone knows why?

There are tonnes of places on the web where you can find info about statistical significance (Google it ) There are calculations to work out when you have had enough traffic through those pages so that you know any affect (in CTR/Earnings) is likely from the changes you've made. It's the only way to do it properly. Or alternatively leave it a month and guess

 

you have to wait for 2 to 3 days also its depend up on traffic for particular day...so wait for 2 to 3 days befor doing any other changes...
