Get some good backlinks and your site will be indexed soon.

You should also consider adding the website into your Digitalpoint signature, this hould get it indexed quickly.

Any guessing when you'll be crawled it's waist of time. For my first site it took 9 days. For one that I just bought and set on server took only 2 days. And all that was on web site was a big sign "Site under construction". Google works in the mysterious ways. But don't forget there are many other SE that you should submit too. At least yahoo! and msn.

    Good luck with your site.

All my latest sites have been indexed within 24 hours, if it takes more than a couple of days then you going about it the wrong way.

My sites are normally indexed on Google and MSN within 24 hours and in Yahoo within a few days.

To reduce load on servers, Google will not index a large site all at once. The larger the site, the longer it takes. I have over 4000 pages of content and it took weeks before Google indexed all of them.

I agree, this method seems to work great but you obviously cannot list 100s of domains in your signature panel. I kinda like that... it serves to reduce some of the spam that is way to common these days.

My site is only 11 days old and it was crawled 2 days after I made it. I did not think it would be crawled that fast so I summit ed it to be crawled. Now I am left with a description on Google and yahoo that has nothing to do with my site. I read in articles Googlebot does not use meta tags. I did not put a meta tag and I am paying for it. I now have over 700 post on my site with only about 5 listed on google. But at the time it was crawled I had about 50 post. Now I'm waiting on google to crawl my site again and fix the description of my site. But I could be waiting a while do to the fact that I have a low PR. But then again I read PR don't matter in Googles crawl speed. That It all has to do with quality post and how much you update your site. Well I say 650 post in 9 days would quality for updating. This is starting to bother me because I cant get much traffic with a description that has nothing to do with my site. Now I was wondering about meta tag robot. I have no robot set in my meta tag but I hear its set to crawl my index and all on default. But anyways what can I do to get my site crawled faster.

For indexing of your website try to submit the xml sitemap of the website to have a quick and fast indexing of your website with sub pages as well.....

    Cheers for the tips guys!
I've had a site - www.rhythmandgroove.co.uk - for several months now, with just a holding page, and google crawled it immediately. Now it's gone live, they seem to be taking forever to crawl it. I've submitted it to google and used webmaster tools, but still no sign of it getting crawled again! I'll check out some of the tips and see how I go!
