    even though your pages are indexed, you'll not be ranked high in SERP. You'll need to wait for months for that, unless you have a very unique topic or niche.

    just put any link in any other website , and google will do the rest :)

    if you are using wordpress :
    although wordpress is already friendly seo to search engines
    you can also use All in one seo pack
    + google xmp sitemap

    I've added this two plugins to my wordpress , and the post is indexed within half an a hour something like that :)
