How long to wait before Google picks up and registers links?

    Yahoo is now taking from 1.5 all the way up to 2 months to count with recent links.

    there is no specified time for this........new links added and how much their quality is, how much are they and how much authentic they are in the google eyes..........these all factors are considered when google ranks any page with new links added to it.

    Since Google PR refresh every 3 monthes, so it would be slow when you see one site has been counted as links. but sited by google is more quicker.

    I have a website has onle PR2 but get more traffic than those has PR4. I think it all depends on.

    6 to 8 weeks in my experience. Yahoo is a good predictor and leads Google by 3-4 weeks.
