How long to re-cache

Some of the pages on my website http://www.availsolar.com still hold the very first cache, from October, even though the pages have been updated numerous times...

    Especially:
    http://www.availsolar.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=29
    http://www.availsolar.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=16
    http://www.availsolar.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=7

I have considered, since my website uses PHP Includes, that updating the main header / footer file might trigger the entire website as updated, but that does not seem to work either...

Any ideas why G isn't crawling deep enough to see them? I have site files, and multiple links to deep within my site on the front page.. Google Webmasters states my Sitemap is being crawled every 2-3 nights..

Better submit your site on bookmarking site that is frequently updated with content so that it will get indexed again and re-cache.
