i did contact them when it was about 4months already and my pin still didn't arrive. they had forcefully display the public service ads to my site but after a day, i receive a reply asking me to send a digital image of ID proof of my address and payee name. then they didn't have to actually send me a PIN. they did input it manually to my account. thanks to that google guy. whoever he was.
