How long to get back Paypal Limited Account?

    Hi,
    Yesterday my paypal account has got limited. I'm required to Fax Utility Bill to verify adrress. How long it takes to get back my account after sending such docs to them?

    After mine was hacked and was limited I think it took me 5 days.

    It is written in their FAQs 3-5 business days , which means holidays are not included.
