How long to get approved by Adsense

I applied for a personal Adsense via weebly.com.

It was 7th of February. I got an email at 8th February from adsense that informs me that

    "Welcome to AdSense!

We have completed a partial review of your application. However, you will not begin to see live ads on .......weebly.com until we have fully completed the our review of your site. Instead, you will see only blank ads, which blend in with the background. We will continue reviewing your site and you will be fully approved or disapproved within four (4) business days. At this point, you will begin to see live ads."

It is 23th of February. Is not it enough for Google's
    four (4) business days?

Please help me by suggesting what should I do? and how long I have to wait for their four (4) business days?

Your application is still being reviewed. You will see only the background of your webpage instead of live content ads until your account has been fully approved.
It appears in top of page in a red box.

....weebly.com is not a real domain name, it's a sub domain.. But anyway, did you put the ad code since registering?

Yes I did that in several time in different pages.
But no response form adsense. No ads, only blank adds there.
I'm really upset with this. Should I give up my hope and trying?

no kidding, it took me many tries, but you just gotta be persistence
keep trying until u're approved, and once you are in, be good, do not take shortcuts, do not click on your ads
just play it safe, build up your audiences, and good content, then just sit back and watch the money come in

Generally it takes 48-72 hours to get approval if you have a good niche sometimes google takes more time to approve , it really depends on the niche and content of the site

How much will weebly give you, is it worth getting traffic to someones elses site though you will own your sub-domain
