How long till AdBrite shows ads?

Looking for someone out there with experience with AdBrite. I have a site that I placed AdBrite on to test it out. The site is about Plants/Gardening, of which AdBrite has a defined category (Home & Garden/Gardening). They say it may take 24 hours before they show ads, but I have been waiting 3 days now, and the big ad space still says "Advertise on this site, Powered by AdBrite".

Is this normal? Or is it likely that no ads are going to show?

Maybe they do not have any related ads to serve. Or they might have not yet approved your site, try contacting them.

this happened to me a while ago. when i tried them out it took almost 3 days for my ad zone to start pulling in ads. i ended up taking it down. now i only use adbrite for pre-adwords ppc campaigns.

Well I am assuming they have ads for that category, seeing as how 'Gardening' is one of their subcategories to choose. Seems ridiculous that AdBrite would offer a category for ads and have no ads running in it, but who knows.

I guess I'll what one more day, then get rid of my ads. Thanks guys.

give it a week.if still don't show contact them.
when they review the site and don't see the ad code, the site gets rejected.

    no, its normal.
Your ads are there but not visible for u the webmaster, this is to avoid webmasters clicking their own ads. Try visiting ur site with proxy or ask someone else from usa to check ur site for ads.

Yes, I have had the same problem with them as well. Actually it's a pretty common problem of theirs. I would contact them BY PHONE if you can because I have waited over a week for a response by email. They should be able to check your ads and make sure everything is setup as it should be....
