How long till a Gmail account is cancelled?

    I have 2 Gmail accounts and I don't use the second one. I only sometimes receive an email to the second account and I have forwarded all mail from it to my main account. I don't login to my second Gmail account. Will Gmail cancel my second Gmail account if I don't login to it e.g. 3 months?

    I wouldn't like to lose my second Gmail account.

    that's their policy - but if you want to re-activate it later you can, as long as no one else requests the handle.
