how long the check is valid ?

    how long the check is valid .. i mean ..now i`m not able to go to my local bank
    because of accident and broken legs that take 8 week to be able to walk?
    and not in my country now?
    is the check can be canceled after a period if it is not clreared?

    The check is valid for 6 months.

    And later I think you can get new one.

    its valid for 6m, when i got my first check i never try to cash it for 2 months, and then i went to a bank and it takes another 40 days to cash,
