How long take google pagerank penalty?

Google took me my pagerank, luckily only on homepage, not subpages. I think it was because I was registered to some programs on the internet which gave me about 1000 backlinks for free but it was not relevant and there were many spam sites..

How long can this penalty take? I deleted my site from all lists, my site is now clear. It is possible that google give me my pagerank back next PR update?

NEVER REGISTER YOUR SITE TO SOME STUPID FREE BACKLING CHANGING SITES!

It is true,I checked it and it gave me about 600-3000 backlinks, but it was like 1 good backlink..

It's known that paid links are frowned upon by google. Link farms, link programs, etc. will devalue your site as you've seen.

If you've removed the links and disassociated yourself with them, you will regain your PR - in the next update? Who knows.

Once removed, you should quickly regain the PR. Perhaps in the next update or one after that..

To regain your pagerank, it would be better to built some good authoritative backlinks to your site. so that you can get page rank in the next update. Without building links i hope you won't

if your page rank has dropped, its nothing to do with the free backlinks you've got! Relevance has no weight when it comes to page rank. Its more likely your page has lost some links, or links to your page have been devalued.

If I was you, id find which links have been devalued and concentrate on building more high quality links to your site. Unless you linked to this programme you registered for then this has nothing to do with page rank drop. It may cause a drop it SERPS though

If any of those backlinks came from spammy or questionable site, especially if they're sites that have been penalised or banned by Google - then I think that might be the best way to explain why his page lost rank.

He was doing the link building to his homepage right? So if it wasn't the links, why did only his homepage lose rank.

Rather do the slog and check out the sites you get links from - you'll save yourself a lot of grief in the end

Yes, to my homepage were many links from some programs on the internet to change links, to other subsites I have only CLEAR links.
I deleted my site from all system and now I only use backlinks.com with 5 relevant homepage links to non spamming and banned sites

I wish it will be good
