internal pr is updated on continuous basis...but we get to see it after evry 3 months...last toolbar update was on april 1st week...next probably will be in july for ur pages to be indexed... 1st thing is, ur content shld be unique shld hav links to evry page on ur blog as already said above, sitemap social bookmarking will do it faster even placing few links in DP helps
