how long - Payment in Progress TO payment issued

    how long it takes for Payment in Progress TO payment issued

    Cause it been about 2-3 days since i saw Payment in process for Singapore.

    Payment issued will be after 25th of the month only.

    depending on months, weekdays, moonlight, sunshine, tide, etc
    :)
    2-5 days after payment in progress has started. so far never less than 2 days - mostly 3+.
