if you are asking how long it takes to see a sale/lead in your reports then around two/three hours for most advertisers, can be up to 36 hours for a few. or, a person can click on say Monday and then go back and buy on Friday, then the answer would be your cookie length is the max time, eg 30 days or, if you are asking how many clicks before you get a sale then the answer is a little harder to give. I have found that with good targetted traffic you should see sales for 100 clicks or less - so if you are getting 200/300 clicks and no sales then maybe your traffic is not really very targeted or they are "click happy" and you should maybe consider why they are coming to your site. hope this helps
