How long it takes to show changes in a file once you upload?

    Friends,

    I modified all my files and uploaded 2 hours back. Still i cant see any changes in any page?
    In general, How long it takes to show changes in a file once you upload,?

    I am using eqwebhosting, perhaps the worst.
    It took 36 hours last time.
    Any other good hosting ?????????????

    hmm.. it will take no time to update.

    It's instantly updated. It's not like domain name propagation.

    I guess you have the page in cache

    Clear your cache and then refresh the page ... even try to clear cookies

    Yep your cache is the problem here..try pressing shift and clicking on refresh.

    How to clear the cache??
    Shift+refresh not giving any changes.

    I have added new courses to this page http://freevideolectures.com/mathematics.html. Along with the links i put new image for 3 courses on top of my page.

    Do any one of you see those new image?

    In IE click on Tools - Then go to Internet Options - Under Temp Internet Files - Click on Delete Cookies and Delete Files

    That should go

    In Firefox Tools - Options - Select cache tab and click on clear cache .

    I can see some Sun kind of image
