Do you know how long it takes for a new website to achieve PR1.

Google don't pay attention for new websites, also for new new links (as far as I know).

One shouldn't add to many inboud links to new domain, because of sandbox. So how long website with PR0 have to wait to achieve PR1, assuming the website is SEO firendly and have 10 new inbound links weekly and other seo things (google map, sitemaps etc.).

I guess, if the site has equivalent backlinks for a PR1, whenever Google update their PR system, the website will be PR1.. or maybe higher :D

It shouldn't take much time and effort to achive PR1. Just build some links and wait for the next PR update.
Having a lot of original content and a proper internal linking will help a lot too ;)

It takes as long as it takes to build the links to get a PR 1, and then wait for an update
